I really do not like lawnmowers, noisey smelly things. We have about 15 square metres of grass which gets cut using a pair of sharp hedge shears. The grass is allowed to dry and gets sprinkled lightly over the flower and herb gardens as a mulch. Similar process to hay making. This is a very satisfying task. But then I am a farmers son.
