While it states on the Use Brave download link that you earn 20% extra when you use the Brave Browser. From the 3 times I have used the fountain, it does appear that rewards are 10x as advertised elsewhere on the site.
I think that this was probably just an over sight on their part, from when they copied the ZEN Faucet. They forgot to change the wording. There were a few examples through out the site where they had forgotten to change ZEN to XTZ.

It would appear that you would receive a little bit under 0.02 XTZ in a week. Which is nearly double the weekly payout from the official Tezos Foundation Faucet's (0.01 XTZ).

Global Hive promote the downloading of the Brave Browser. I know about the Brave referral program, which would provide a possible source of funds for Global Hive. Global Hive are also promoting the Exodus Wallet for your Tezos Wallet address. Maybe they have some arrangement with Exodus.io and receive kickbacks in some form or other.
And honestly I didn't make up the title, I have just used Global Hive's own words. Please take some of their claims with a grain of salt. I nearly choked on my dinner when I saw we would be helping the orphans with an opportunity at a new beginning.
But ignoring all that hype, the most important thing is Global Hive do pay out XTZ instantly to your Tezos Wallet.
