We need to understand our own needs. And we need to understand, how we can keep these needs satisfied, despite all of the difficulties we are facing. For one person, this ‘wellspring’ might be sports. For another person, it might be supporting the poor. For yet another, it might a creative passion, which they pursue on the side.
