Thanks God it's Friday! It's March 17, 2023 and a sunny day but still, the air is cold especially at night time. And good news, according to the weather bureau, it's the end of La Niña. But there's also bad news, we will possibly experience El Niño in the month of June. The weather bureau advised the farmers to plant short-term crops like sweet potatoes, cassava, watermelons, cucumber, and green leafy vegetables such as squash, string beans, pechay, cabbage, and radishes. Photo attached is 2 weeks old radish with flowers already that was regrown from tops. Hopefully I can have some seeds later on for planting for we love eating radish salad. It has lots of health benefits especially for anemic and diabetic people. But, eating too much will also cause a not so good effect in our body. Happy and Blessed Friday!
