@Blendz more from that month

We are celebrating my eldest brother's birthday today and also my second cousin's birthday from the other side of the hill and seems our BCH is also celebrating with them in red candles. They're both the eldest among siblings and are the bread winners of the family. We invited them (second cousin) and so his mom came here with food and went home also with food, haha! Food exchange gift is normal on their birthdays. My sister-in-law prepared some food, though my brother is miles away from us and so we are sending him prayers for his health and safety. We also hope that he can find a replacement on his duty so that no more extension and will finally be home this Christmas..he's my best enemy actually but my hero in games when we're young. And before we filled our stomachs with sweets and oils, one of our neighbors gave us some "marang" (artocarpus odoratissimus) fruit early this morning. I cut the fruit and picked its flesh using spoon and I also sliced some fruits that we're harvested and bought few days ago and put it in small containers so that we can have a body cleanser for few days. Eating of fresh whole fruits before and after or in the middle of meals especially during fiestas or any celebration is of big help because of its antioxidants and fibers that can reduce absorption of sugar in our body. People who eat more fruits (and also vegetables) as part of an overall diet are likely to have less risk of chronic diseases. So remember to eat fiber-rich food everyday to burn belly fats! Have A Blessed and Healthy Sunday everyone!
