#WorldDiabetesDay Yesterday, November 14 was World Diabetes Day and according to World Health Organization, more than 420 million people have diabetes and if not treated, it can cause blindness, kidney failure, heart attacks, stroke, lower limb amputation. If you have diabetes, you may have some early signs and symptoms like frequent urination, increased thirst, always feeling hungry, blurry vision, slow healing of cuts and wounds, weight loss, feeling tired, tingling, numbness, or pain in the hands or feet, patches of dark skin. Don't be too sweet guys, limit your red meat and processed meat consumption, avoid sugary drinks and choose water as your primary drink, eat fruits and green leafy vegetables, exercise, practice early dinner to lose weight, and quit smoking. ©WHO, medicalnewstoday.com, mayoclinic.org
