@Blendz more from that month

It was 5 days ago, on the first day of October that I only ate few pieces of bread and uncooked ripe saba banana for dinner due to laziness of eating rice. After that, I was back to normal and this afternoon I cooked white sweet (not so sweet) rice cake or "suman" with peanuts and lemon as an aroma and flavor, and "sinantolan/ginataang santol" inspired from a recipe shared by Nanay Nona, a vegan page in Facebook. Sinantolan is a Filipino dish made with cotton fruit rinds, coconut milk, onions, garlic, finger pepper, and I added moringa leaves, pechay, and dried wood ear mushrooms. "Suman" or sweet rice cake is not so sweet because we have no brown sugar so I just put a little amount of refined sugar. Brown sugar is more healthier than refined sugar that's why. And some may wonder why we call it suman when it is Biko in Tagalog? Well, because we are in different parts of the Philippines, we call it here suman if it sweet rice cake and "ibos" or glutinous rice with coconut milk, and ginger as an aroma and flavor, wrapped in palm or coconut leaves. I'm full but it was before 6pm practice and so I have 4-5 hours to digest my food. Though the recommend time is at least 3 hour before going to bed. How about you guys, at what time you usually eat your dinner?
