These decorative cabbages in snow from Bosnia and Herzegovina were so lovely to look at! If ever it's edible, it seems that I wanted to display it rather than to eat. Though sis Ivy the owner of these photos haven't tried eating it yet, even if she heard it's edible. According to her post on Facebook, these are Peacock Red and Crane Ruby and all grown from seeds. And they're using it mostly for gift giving. And is beautiful when it's in a pot and used as decorations for their fruits and home produced baskets.
