This was my post 8 years ago and I don't know why exactly I post this..maybe because of super typhoon Yolanda, the strongest storm that hit the structures built by one of the strongest people on earth..and now a virus that hits the temple of God. I never expect to silently say this again after 7, 8 years. Not because I'm so afraid of the virus but because of few who wants to be gods. Who create fear and make business out of people's health and most of us wants a protection that they offer without assurance of its long term effects. Remember, each of us breathe in over 100,000,000 of microorganisms everyday! But see how amazing God is, for most of these are harmless. Meaning only some can make us sick for they invade our cells and hijack machineries inside our cells to produce more copies and form more armies to spread throughout our body but if our gut is healthy our own trained armies will guard our cells. So it's important to feed our intelligent armies with the food we eat. And for sure you know what are those, and don't tell me that you are eating what you want and you're okay. Yes for now but goodluck after 5 to 10 years if you continue to live unhealthy lifestyle and that's always a friendly advice. We will all die anyway, but why shorten it if you're given all the chance to make it longer? Trust him, pray, be humble, and eat healthy for healthy eating will make our mind, body and spirit to be healthy. Never forget that.
