Good Morning Philippines! ππ Nakapag breakfast na ba ang lahat? Here's may only ulam earlier, sauteed tomatoes and dried wood ear mushrooms. Tomatoes were given by my uncle and mushrooms were picked by may mama from tabi-tabi. And did you know that dried ear mushrooms have lots of health benefits? It contains iron that helps prevent anemia and so I need to eat regularly if possible and if available. Also, it's good for cancer, uterine bleeding, coronary heart disease, and many more. So you better start looking for it from your backyard. Wills show later some pics of edible mushrooms that grow maybe just at your wooden gates or in your gardens. And will try to cook chicharon from the remaining mushrooms if I have time.
