My first ever closeup shot last February at the back of our kitchen of what we call small helicopters when we were young. I was able to capture this insect at few centimeters away from the lens of my phone cam but it was a challenge for my hands were shaking already and sweating after few minutes of clicks. I need to be very patient and took many shots of it from different angles while avoiding sudden movements for they have large, multifaceted eyes so it seems they can see me even if I'm at their back haha. And if you happen to see them in your area please don't harm them for they are eating mosquitoes, flies, moths, and other insects. One dragonfly can eat 30 to hundreds of mosquitos per day according to what I have read on the internet so be friends with them. I even save them from our mingmings if they happen to go here inside our house.

They are predators that eat mosquitoes. When they come in our area , the mosquito vanishes.
