Good Evening/Morning everyone! I'm back again and again after how many hours. As uuusual, brownout happened again but this time not because of a heavy rain but of a sudden loud explosion in space. The sun was still shining at past 3pm and so we did not notice lightning followed immediately by a loud thunder that sounds like a bomb. Lightning happens when hot and cold collide just like when love and hate collide haha. But seriously it happens when warm air mixed with cold air. Negative (electrons) charges in the bottom of the cloud are attracted to the positive (protons) charges in the ground or within the clouds themselves. Thus lightning occur and thunder is the sound. And I think the lightning path is near our area because my mama once saw a lightning like a ball of fire that burned a coconut tree in the ricefield and I even witnessed how lightning sparked on a dried branch of a tree outside the house. And according to my college professor, and proved by my own research that you will know how safe or how far you are from lightning when you will count the number of seconds between the flash and the sound of thunder. Let's say 5 seconds gap means 1 mile away or if zero seconds very close to you. But we need to keep in mind that we should be in a safe place first while counting and our electronic devices and gadgets were off. ⛈️
