@Blendz more from that month

Sharing with you my healthy breakfast this morning. Leftover adobong kangkong from sister-in-law, mama's atchara, and bitter gourd salad, paired with a not so white rice. An old stock rice or we call it "bahay" for it was harvested few years ago. We prefer to eat not so white rice or old stock for it's healthier, less chemicals than new and super white rice. The more it looks clean or super white, the more it's unhealthy for it's highly processed. Same with refined sugar or iodized salt, we use less of that in our daily consumption. Old stock rice is good for olds and sick persons. We should avoid super white foods like sugar, rice, flour, and salt for white does not always means cleanliness, but sometimes sickness. A Blessed and Healthy Wednesday!
