Coins.ph informed their scheduled Globe Buy Load maintenance on October 4-5, 2021 from 11:00pm to 8:00am (PH Time) and I forgot the time but good thing my last load transactions was 30 minutes before 11pm last night. (Late) NGCP Media Advisory of Emergency Power Interruption under 8 electric utilities in whole Region VI that was experienced at 5:24 am today due to UFR ( Under Frequency Relay) activation during the tripping of power plants in the islands of Negros and Panay. Power was restored at 2pm but after an hour it was off again! It was back at 6pm, went off and was back again before 8pm haisst haha. Christmas is really in the air este in the electric company. I thought it has connection with the tropical depression Lannie.. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook were down from 11:42 pm (PH Time) at October 4, 2021 until 6:12am today according to Pinoy History. The worst down moment of Facebook Company and 76 million Filipino users were shocked, but many us here in our region were quite safe from "shock" because of emergency power interruption. And if ever I'm online on that times, for sure I'm here in noise.cash. I shared one of my shocking and scary experiences last night but I did not expect for more shocking moments locally or globally.
