How's your Christmas celebration everyone? Me, I'm still sleepy and tired for I slept yesterday at 3am and woke up at the usual time 6 a.m. As if I was the one preparing all the food for noche buena. Most of our foods were cooked by my siblings and inlaws for we're only 3 here at the house. And I'm the only one who can eat a lot, so I expect my tummy to do a protest for most of the food have cheese, milk and oil! Ayaw ng bilbil 😅.. We're used to celebrate Christmas with simple foods, and usually no activities like contests or games or exchange gifts, unlike before when we're young and when we're there at my grandma's house. We just eat, greet everyone personally or virtually, and attend mass at church. Though in our situation right now, we prefer to stay at home, watch live mass on fb or on tv, and pray silently. I admit I feel so happy before if I can give or receive material gifts but maybe now, health of everyone and our environment are the things that matter to me. It could be boring to some, but we're at peace and not so haggard after and no much mess and trashes after. So we have more time to rest than to fix things. Also, I'm not posting food on my socmed accounts as my way of giving sympathy to those who have nothing to prepare every Christmas, especially right now that most of the people in Visayas and Mindanao were greatly affected by the super typhoon. Don't get me wrong, it's my own way and you have your own way too. And since I chose not to be busy with the food preparation, I do recycling some of our trashes and put it on our Money Tree and apple tree. This is one of my best gifts for humanity (char!), not just on Christmas but everyday. Rainy Sunday evening here. Again, Merry Christmas and God Bless everyone!
