Forgive and Forget

We often hear people say this phrase "Forgive and forget" ,to be honest with you this might be the hardest thing to do so . But i believe that the first who apologizes is the bravest , the one who forgives is the strongest and the one who forgets is the happiest . Because once you are over that phase and you forget , you tend to move forward there is nothing pulling you back . Why is it better to Forgive and Forget ? Because if you keep it in you want revenge and once you have gotten revenge you get regret. Because now there is no difference between you and them , you did the same too and what does revenge cure ? Nothing at all it just makes you a negative person too. So Forgive not because they deserve it. Or you agree with them but Forgive for You no longer want to think about it , you no longer wanna feel sad about it and because you wanna move forward and be a better person and forget about the hurt and sadness but never in life forget the one who caused it . You can't be wise if you let the gun shoot you twice . So forget but never trust the person again .
