And for lunch today I made vegan pasta . With some of that organic tomato sauce ,garlic powder , some sauteed green peppers ,onions lil bit of dried basil and salt ❤️😍 It always feels great to cook vegan dishes for my family they really hardly eat veggies so yes this feels quite good. And I just log a few pounds too all thanks to the new routine.
Waking up and seeing this pink sky is already enough to make my day great . This is the view I get when I wake up early and take my yoga mat to the roof to meditate . The bats flying here and there (yes bats because it's hilly where I live we see bats often in flocks anyhow I also see birds chirping and everything is connected to one another and closing your eyes to feel that connection and nothing else is one lovely experience ❤️😍

Fresh greens and some dried green both work great in soups . I have some about 1 kg of fenugreek leaves dried up in sun (methi) so why dry them? Because if you can't eat alot of it one at a time or you harvested alot just dry and store them . Today is going to be a busy busy day because I am about to mix my own compost that is just dried peels of what ever I eat like fruits veggies and shells from the eggs my family consumes . With all that I will put layers of soil and nutri compost too then my compost so like the soil gets fertilized better . This will take about 1 month to be all ready. Just received my water brush / calligraphy pens for watercoloring because my old one is worn out 🤣😂 so this set came for about a dollar but I just love these.
