I tried to hold on
I tried to hold on. But life didn’t stay the same. I look back at the past , where a part of me will always remain . I find comfort in knowing that fleeting moments live on in old photo albums and picture frames .

The subject of the poem is good but good would be too if you, especially if it's about such a short poem, make every word count and do take care of Grammarly and the title you choose. This is an important part of poetry.
