**Title:** Bitcoin Cash Blockchain Customer Support Technician **Duties**: Provide support via an online help desk to consumers using Bitcoin Cash for a variety of tasks Triage higher-level support requests and direct to the appropriate person on the team Recognize and extract useful information for repackaging as knowledge base articles and for marketing purposes Publish knowledge base articles Communicate effectively with other team members to leverage support desk information for marketing and other purposes **Type of Work**: Remote Work **Commitment**: Full Time, 5 days a week x 8-hour shifts on a schedule to be determined/negotiated **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency use including, wallets, buying and selling, recovery of private keys Familiarity with the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem Ability to explain technical information in easy to understand language Ability to break down problem-solving solutions into steps Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Native or near-native English Reliable internet connection Desktop or laptop computer that is reasonably secure and updated Bonus: native or near-native ability in Chinese, Spanish and/or other languages **To apply for this position**, please send your CV and cover letter to **info@bitcoinabc.org** with subject ‘Bitcoin Cash Blockchain Customer Support Technician’.

Woow!!!! I can't believe that Bitcoin ABC is here to find a technical specialist. I think this project would be on a move for the improvement of BCH. I appreciate the work and efforts that the team is going through. I hope someone with a good skill and talent would come help the ABC. I am just new to this crypto things and BCH also about the ABC and I expect to have moree learnings while I stay here in read.cash this platform is really awesome!
__I ❤️ IT!!__ obviously the funding issue has __NOT__ been resolved (I'm doing my part, hope to have a release very soonish'), but I'm very encouraged to see ABC doing what it needs to do to grow the talent of its team 👍 greener pastures are just over that hill... 🤩
