I guess it’s just the Hype that follows after a tweet. Most of us in Crypto would buy ANY coin if he tweets that it’s a good idea or he’s buying some. We know that getting onboard early can give us some quick gains. I can’t remember the article, But there was a team building a notification platform that’s based on his crypto tweets
He has a big audience so I would say yes, he could do it with any coin. I like the last part of the tweet -> "Bitcoin paid to Tesla will be retained as Bitcoin, not converted to fiat currency." It was brilliant in my opinion.
