Silver lining (Take heed)

EVERY CLOUD HAS A SILVER LINING. Death shot me an arrow in the heart. He took away my sweetheart. Blood flowed inwardly, as tears flowed outwardly. With alarcrity, family and friends helped to pull out the arrow. And together we nursed the wound. They did their best, before they left me with the rest. Little did I know that, this kind of wound doesn't heal on time. It's to be carried for a longtime. In the beginning I was shown humanity. So I knew no austerity. People promised heaven and earth out of pity. By the end of my Iddah, I began to sense reality. Assistance weaned,to remain few charity. Charity reduced,to remain running after people with exceptional generosity. Hunger turned out as our enemy on the ring, Jabbing me,my Khadijah and his brothers. In response,I ran around to become a trader. My spending swallowed each business I ventured, one after the other. My debt increased like cases of corona I joined a school as a teacher, but it didn't stop my finances from going down further. A close comfortable friend of my hubby proposed. which I opposed with my two eyes closed. He kept digging. Though I was craving, I didn't give in. Due to my need,my defence was eventually weakened We fixed our wedding With info spreading A cold war began 'They must have been secret lovers' 'If not, how do they become sudden admirer' The heat was at a time unbearable and the brother blackout. I nearly pass out. The wound of my heart freshened. My entire world blackened. I lost another man, this time to inhumanity. I cried my eyes out. I saw nothing more but blackout Suicide would have been the option. but in Islam-abomination. Oh Muslims of today! Take lesson from the Muslims of yesterday. I will get a good way out of this line, 'cos every cloud has a silver lining. #WisdomWithIdiom
