Creamy chocolate pudding.
In different parts of the world, you can find the most strange and exotic delicacies, most of which you have probably never even heard of. One of them is black sapota, which when you cut it in half, you get a creamy chocolate pudding. It may sound unusual, but this is exactly the taste and color of this extremely unusual type of exotic fruit. It resembles a tomato in shape, but the mixture is dark brown and dark green.
It is mostly grown in Central America, Guatemala, Cuba, Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Mexico. Locals often consume it with milk or orange juice, in order to emphasize the fuller chocolate taste. Although, it is a common treat even if it is only eaten with a spoon. By the way, black sapota is richer in vitamins A and C than oranges and has a very low level of unsaturated fats.
In addition, it is effective for external use, because it prevents the formation of wrinkles and nourishes the skin, making it elastic and smooth.
