it is true that none of us has the right to judge our neighbor because we are all created by the lord and as his children we all love him. so instead of judging let us love and help.

Absolutely right. We have no right to judge others just on how they talk, they act, or how they live their lives. We're only humans and no one is perfect in this world. God will be the only one who has the right and will give us judgements by our deeds.

The Bible doesn't say you can't judge. It has particular context for not judging. For example if you are doing the same sin. One must call out sin.
