It would go on to spawn a popular anime series, also produced by Sunrise, whose original run had over 160 episodes from 2000-2004, but infamously never finished the story.
In May **2020**, it was announced that Iconic series **Inuyasha** is going to **return** with a sequel. This TV series is being titled by Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon. Yes, it is going to **return** after almost ten long years.
