How my Life has changed Since Janurary 2024 **Hello Everyone,** *I hope you are all doing well in your lives. I am going to write an article after ages in response to the contest of* @Eirolfeam2 @Eirolfeam2 **How my life has changed since January 2024.** *Let's get started!* In January 2024, I was working as a ***freelance coordinator*** in a reputed ***UK & UAE-based company.*** I was happy with my role & workplace. In February 2024, our head of department left the job, and later on, the company told us he had done something very wrong. Whereas, the entire department was unhappy about why our HOD left, he was such a nice person, he used to accept leaves of all employees and put his best efforts to provide everyone a comfort zone. After his resignation, a new person came, and the actual game started. *Leg pulling culture developed, incremental delays occurred, and no one was allowed to utilise paid leave*. In short, the culture becomes toxic. In April 2024, the company promoted me to the **Team leader's coordinator**. But HOD was not happy with my growth. He started to bully and criticise me. He put his utmost effort to compel the company not to add an increment to my salary. I was quietly observing him. One day, he humiliated me in front of other colleagues. I decided in 1 hour to leave that toxic workplace. The next day, I put in my immediate resignation and handed over the company's property. The ***Director*** called me to sort out this matter, the company was insisting I not leave and acknowledged my contributions, but I decided not to reverse my decision, because self-respect is very important for me. I got lots of emails, but I did not let anyone change my decision. Although I did not have a second option or job at that time. I put everything on God and left the job. ***God has always been so kind to me.*** In a few days, I got an opportunity from another multinational company. I decided to work from home because I don't want to be a part of the corporate sector's politics again. With the passage of time, I got multiple opportunities to work from time and as of August 2025, I am working with 3 different companies. Although I am not a fixed-salary-based employee, I get a handsome amount in peak seasons, and I analyzed that project-based employment is fruitful, in terms of time, money, skills, and experiences as well. ***Long story Short, I believed in God and got the best.
