Sity in the Netherlands is completely ecological and was founded in 1230 by refugees. The amazing story of this city is the system of canals that the residents use for daily transportation. The colonists were the first to form canals, and today ships with small electric motors happily pass through them. In winter, the canals freeze, so the way to move is to skate! There are no cars here.
