I am aleeping everynight 23:00 or 23:30 o clock yes this time little late but ı am young ı cant sleep early ıf you are more 40 years old you must sleep 22:00 and wake up 7:00 o clock , when you wake up first wash your face and go out walk min 3 km ıf you can rum this will be better and come back to home , take a shower and do your breakfast , in your breakfast must be little cheese, 1 egg, 4-5 olive and what do you want but dont drink tea or coffee with your breakfast , after finish your breakfast you can drink your tea or before breakfast drink your coffee after breakfast go to your work or school. Lunch time : dont eat something heavy food, 1 stamp soup and salad will be good for your body all day. Dinner time : you can eat what do you want but dont eat so much ,before the start dinner drink a soup every time dont forget this for your healty lifestyle
