Good evening community, recently with the amount of mental problems that are observed in society I was born to write this post, many of us are suffering disorders by the separation of nature, disappearance of the human, contact or trust between ourselves.
Be strong, take a deep breath and think that we have a long life to live, one day, one year, a situation that does not cloud your thoughts about something not working for you, learn why what you are doing is not working for you.
Personally the only way to achieve my goals is by writing them down, there is no other way so if you want to accomplish something, set goals in a notebook with steps, architecture to follow.
Generally nature is the best medicine for most problems, yes, there are people who can't walk or have missing limbs and by having a direct contact with the earth they forget about their problems.
