How to manage anger?

Anger issues are the most common in young generation There are different reasons behind that anger issues and Our young generation just get angry with no time on just little things Anger is normal bat over anger is not considered to be normal and we have to handle it properly In anger We remain unaware of what we are speaking and it can create problems for us most people says that in anger your real behaviour shows and it puts us down in others eyes so it is very important to manage our behaviour during anger

there are different tips to manage anger once you follow i am sure that it would work

think before you speak:

our tongue is the one which can solve our so many problems and at the same time it can create hurdles for us it is only due to our speak if we use appropriate speak with others it will raise our standard but in contrast if we use abusive language it would be problematic for us in anger we remain unconscious about what we are speaking because we are at the extreme of our behaviour and out of our mental state one important thing that we should first analyse and then we should speak the selection of good words prove helpful for establishing our relationship with others while by using abusive language it breaks our relations and friendships

timeout :

we mostly spend our time at a single place and it changes our behaviour in such a way that we start analysing things in a different prospective and take them in negative light which is not good due to burden of work and hectic life we also face anger issues so one thing we should do we should move outside for the refreshment of our health and brain it provide ourselves a new look of the world and we feel relief it is also a research that green colour effect in positive way with our body so hanging out will give us comfort

identify solutions

Getting angry is not a solution of any problem so we should the 1st to try to solve the problem and I should find out a possible solution of the problem

Anger just takes press along with it and it will make a brain full of burdens and problems and we feel hesitant to solve no doubt you are thinking that your work or conflict with anyone is not the one which could be solve but you should try at least to find a possible way i am sure that i will work

Don't hold grudge

The problem start with grudges which we have Holden in our heart for a long time and we are moving on with those grudges which is bad we should not keep anything bad in our heart it will consume our own selves we should have positive thinking regarding everyone and should be optimistic it will make our personality shines and everyone will love to engage with us forgiveness will bring happiness in our life and we feel relaxed by forgiving other people when we forgive the mistakes of others it shows our behaviour and next person who is getting angry over us also feel shy to say anything more if we keep on holding grudge it would be like fight with our own which is not good

use sense of humour

sense of humour is important to release tension it helps a lot in anger if we are not a good humour person we should sit in the company of those friends who remain happy all the time although the hide their sadness and take mask of happiness by joining their company we will laugh and it will also mask our sadness and grudges and we feel burden free

reason of anger

there are different reason behind angering one of them i want to discuss is mobile usage which is increasing day by day we remain indulge in mobile and our social life is almost zero when we get up after using mobile we might feel that our behaviour has been changed so one thing on which we should ponder is the usage of mobile
