In those days when we are discouraged, when our hearts are heavy, and when we are looking for comfort.. Jesus is with us. I know that in days like that, we want people to be there for us. But lately, that has been even harder, because we see that people have harder battles too and this pandemic is taking toll on everyone. So it's hard to confide. It's hard to add up on someone's battle. But thank God I have Jesus, we have Jesus. He is strong enough to carry our biggest problem, He can hear us out without getting weary with what we are unloading, and He is ever-present. He is our Friend, our Savior, our King. "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28‭-‬30) This invitation doesn't expire. He's still welcoming the tired, the heavy laden, the discourage and the downcast.
