Truth be said, there are days and nights that you cannot contain sadness in a bottle and set it aside. It often comes in an unexpected time. Sometimes it seeks shelter underneath your blanket or abrupts you to sit in a dim corner of your room. Sometimes it pays its visit in pastel moments— oftentimes, uncertain. It is never less true that it will come and knock on your door anytime. There will be days that everything you have kept will be spilled on the same bed you're trying to put yourself to sleep. As it comes, you just have to let it in, let it linger around for some time, but never let it dwell in for so long. It will come and go by, and as it comes, acknowledge it.
