I was unable to get a picture of the Lunar Eclipse due to cloud cover. But I found someone who took the same composition that I would have used and did a fantastic job of it. And he's a Ph.D Physicist (While I'm only a Ph.D Physicist dropout! :) ) Here's my caption for his picture: What you see here is a 99 Percent eclipsed moon where there is very little direct sunlight on the moon. 1% is illuminated by a small region at the edge of the sun. The result is a moon that is thousands of times dimmer than a full moon and reddish in color since most of the light hitting it has been refracted through Earth's atmosphere and the blue light has been scattered. Essentially this is the projection of all of the Earth's sunset's and sunrises at the time onto the moon. Above the moon you see the bright open cluster of the Pleiades also known as the Seven Sisters or Subaru in Japan. Here you see relatively young stars clustered close to each other and still near their place of birth. The bright blue light they emit is seen reflecting off of the remaining cold gas that never coalesced into stars. This is a gorgeous scene in the sky and one I wished I could have witnessed and attempted to photograph in person. Fortunately there are people like Sujay who were able to capture it.
