The CEO of #Terraform Labs, Do Kwon, put his plan for the revival of #Terra to a vote among the holders of the Luna ecosystem management token. The plan is to fork the current Terra block chain and distribute the amount of Luna among the previous holders according to the established distribution. Many of the tokens will be subject to long periods of entitlement. The offer was posted around 7:30 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday. An hour later, 23.6 million people voted for #LUNA, 11.3 million voted against. In order for the vote to pass, 188 million votes are needed. Kwon said that the proposal that the original Terra #network will be renamed Terra Classic is supported by various projects, including Nexus Protocol, Stader Labs and Flipside Crypto. "If the offer is successful, the final #snapshot of the Terra Classic network in the block will be taken 7790000 (2022.05.27 03:59:51+08:00), and a new network will be born," Kwon wrote on #Twitter. However, judging by the comments and the results of preliminary surveys on the Terra management forum, the community is largely against this proposal. Currently, 6,200 people have voted in the poll, of which 92% voted against Kwon's proposal. This survey was open to anyone who enters the Terra forum, regardless of whether they own Luna, a network management token.
