@BOMBERuss more from that month

Today we will look at two long-term indicators that indicate the formation of a macro-bottom in the bitcoin market. This is the adjusted number of bitcoin transactions and the adjusted downtime indicator (Dormancy Flow). In addition, the price models of the minimum and maximum created by analyst Willy Wu show that if the peak of the long-term bullish was today, then BTC would be worth $176,000. At the peak of the bear market, one bitcoin would be worth $15,000. 1.The number of transactions in the bitcoin network at a 2-year low. The number of transactions in the bitcoin network has reached a 2-year low. Onchain analyst Lex Moskovsky posted on Twitter a graph of the 30-day moving average number of transactions, adjusted for the number of coins. It shows that the value fell to the level of 180,000 for the first time since January 2019. 2.Cleaning up recruits The Dormancy Flow indicator confirms the formation of the bottom and a possible bullish correction of bitcoin. This chart was published today by another on-chain analyst Will Clement. The indicator shows the ratio of the current market capitalization and the total value of coins at rest. It can be used to determine the long-term bottom and evaluate when the market is in a normal state. Moreover, its return to the green range in the region of 200,000 is due to the complete removal of young positions from the market. The graph shows that the idle time indicator is located near the long-term trend line (red line). Historically, it predicts the formation of the bottom very accurately. To date, this line has been tested four times: in 2011, in 2015, in 2019 and in 2020. This happened at the macro-minima of BTC and indicated prices to which bitcoin will never return. This time, the idle time indicator did not touch the line, but came close to it on July 20. According to Clement, a complete reset of the indicator means that the market has almost cleared of newcomers. #CryptoTrading
