@BOMBERuss more from that month

Despite the record number of holders, the decentralized meme token Shiba Inu (SHIB) has fallen by more than 40% in market capitalization over the past month. Compared to the market capitalization as of November 15, which was $29.75 billion, the market capitalization as of December 15 is $17.81 billion. This suggests that the popular dog meme token has lost $11.94 billion, or 40.13%, of its market value in just one month, according to Finbold. The figures become even more impressive when you consider that the number of SHIB holders has continued to grow during this time. Interestingly, the total number of unique addresses owning assets on the network increased from 968,871 on November 16 to 1,058,900 holders as of December 15. It is noteworthy that over the past month, the popularity of the token has gradually grown, reaching one million token holders thanks to this growth on November 25. After being placed on Coinbase, the token received an inflow of $870 billion within 24 hours after its debut on the cryptocurrency exchange. While the asset experienced another upswing after listing on Kraken, which means that Shiba Inu is now registered on all 10 major cryptocurrency exchanges. However, despite the fact that the number of holders is growing, primarily due to greater availability for purchase, as already mentioned, the price has significantly decreased compared to the historical maximum, since another pumping looks unlikely at the moment.
