The #KuCoin crypto exchange has introduced its own alternative to non-custodial #MetaMask and #Coinbase Wallet wallets called KuCoin #Wallet. The exchange announced this in a press release. It is known that the wallet will receive support for several blockchains at once, as well as access to projects of #decentralized finance (#DeFi) and non-interchangeable tokens (NFT). At the start, only the Windvane #NFT marketplace will be available to users. While the wallet is still in development, and public beta testing will become available later in June. KuCoin assures that the wallet security standards have been audited by Hacken. Other #cryptocurrency exchanges also have non-custodial versions of cryptocurrency wallets. For example, Coinbase has a #Coinbase Wallet, and #Binance has a Trust Wallet. Despite the possibility of independent storage of private keys, non-custodial wallets still depend on third-party providers.
