Last weekend, the Bored & Nipdgu restaurant opened in Long Beach, California, inspired by the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection, where #Ethereum (#ETH) and #ApeCoin (#APE) altcoins will be accepted. This is the first restaurant that accepts APE cryptocurrency as a form of payment. The 1,700-square-foot restaurant was conceived by Orange County entrepreneur Andy Nguyen. Known for creating exciting culinary concepts, Nguyen is also the co-founder of Afters Ice Cream, Matte Black Coffee, Pig Pen Delicacy, Portside Fish Co., Dough & Arrow, Banh Xeo Vous and many others. Back in March, Nguyen spent $267,000 to buy Bored Ape #6184 and two more Mutant Apes.
