Cross-chain token transfers live on the Cosmos Hub The highly anticipated cross-chain communication technology, Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC), is live on the Cosmos Hub as of Monday at 8:45 am UTC. The Cosmos Hub is the first-ever blockchain to have a permissionless and open source cross-chain token transfer protocol. On Monday, the Cosmos community celebrated the event by sharing exciting news about what this means for the Cosmos Hub and what ATOM holders should expect in the near future.
