The co-founder and technical director of Glassnode, a cryptanalytic company, believes that network data points to an imminent crisis in the supply of bitcoin. According to the company's latest data, since April of this year, almost 2,000,000 BTC have moved from short-term to long-term holders. Raphael Schulze-Kraft from Glassnode emphasizes that " the supply will not be able to match the demand." Glassnode defines a long-term holder as any bitcoin user who has stored their BTC for at least 155 days. Cryptanalyst William Clemente noticed that the BTC supply reduction coefficient (an indicator that tracks the number of bitcoins in the hands of strong and weak hands) shows a bullish divergence. Clemente notes that the current level of activity on the network is similar to that observed in June and July, right before the largest digital asset by market capitalization experienced an August surge. #CryptoTrading
