The #EOS Network ecosystem is preparing for an important update, in which the project will abandon the past "inattentive" developers On Wednesday, September 21, the EOS #Network project will update Leap 3.1, which will get rid of the former "inattentive" developers. This is reported on the official website of the project. As part of the update, the project will abandon the services of #EOSIO developers in favor of key participants of the EOS Network Foundation (#ENF). The developers have already called on the owners of network nodes to remove outdated plugins, as well as change #configuration parameters before updating. Practical steps for updating the node can be found on the official EOS website. According to the official documentation, the update mostly concerns blockchain developers and #network participants (node owners), rather than ordinary traders and investors. As part of the fork, the technical component of the EOS #blockchain will change, but users should hardly wait for the appearance of a new #cryptocurrency, as it was, for example, with bitcoin. The EOS community has long been in conflict with the current developer, Block.one. Earlier, the editorial board wrote that the EOS Network Foundation (ENF) intends to recalculate the losses incurred due to violation of the terms of the contract with Block.one. The organization will not demand the previously announced $4.1 billion, but will recalculate financial losses taking into account the interests of the community. Recall that initially the head of ENF, Yves La Rose, tweeted that the organization intends to "seek damages for $ 4.1 billion." However, almost immediately, community members corrected Rose, noting that, given the changing market conditions in Block.one, organizations owe not $4.1 billion, but more than $12 billion.
