As Christmas is approaching I bring you a part of our culinary tradition. The roast pork in a stick. But the most important part of this tradition is not the food itself, but while the pork is roasting, all the members of the family get together to talk, drink and dance. An excelent day ! Como se nos acerca la navidad les traigo una parte de nuestra tradición culinaria. El lechón asado en puya. Pero lo más importante de esta tradición no es la comida en sí, sino que mientras el lechón se está asando todos los miembros de la familia reunidos conversan, beben y bailan. Un día maravilloso!!
