In the simplest language, happiness is a healthy positive emotion. Different people describe happiness in different ways. What is most similar to it is "well-being", satisfaction, fulfillment, fulfillment and the like. However, nowadays, people materialize happiness and equate it with money, having status, family… Man, as a being, is destined to strive for happiness and contentment and avoid pain and suffering. The famous Blaise Pascal said, "A man wants to be happy and just happy, and he can't help but want to be happy." However, whether happiness is at the other end of the continuum of pain and suffering is a good question. Recent research says no. Happiness is not simply the absence of unhappiness. By materializing happiness, a gap is created, that is, an abyss between what happiness is in itself and what people think is happiness, so often rushing to achieve what they think will make them happy, they become unhappy. Precisely because happiness is not material but it is a state of mind.
