Secretary

Last Monday I gone to a secretary village council office .I saw a secretary there in office.has name was name and a good looking personality .and he ask me was you want here . I told him I want to get a birth certificate and marriage certificate from here. He brief me .how to get it. And the process was little bit long for me .
