Good Evening beautiful people! 😁 A spectacular sunset can wash away the dullness, restore a sense of calm and remind me that I am only a small part of a much bigger picture. That life is so much more than my crap and bad behaviour, and what I'm irritated by isn't usually worth a sweat. Take several slow, deep breaths to relax your body and calm your mind. Then focus deliberately on the sunset, noticing how the colour and light change as the sun sets, first increasing in intensity and then fading.
