EGG SALAD When making sandwiches earlier I made up a batch of egg salad for tomorrows sandwiches.. Had Eggs I needed to use so made Hard Boiled Eggs, (cooled them) added diced Celery and Onions plus Mayo and Cracked Black Pepper Mixed together and into refrigerator for tomorrow.. It tasted good 😊
