Breakfast EGG OMELETTE with cheese and red onion.. (actual name is fatada? or however you spell it) but Im happy with omelete, hehe Just scrambled eggs, cooked in pan with added cheese and onions. I put a cover over it so it cooks/bakes till done.. This one was good with onion 😊
