I’ve come to realize that being a coach is not easy. When I was a player, I didn’t really understand what coaches go through. But now that I’m in their position, I see how challenging it can be. It takes a lot of patience, effort, and responsibility. Even though it’s tough, it’s also very fulfilling to help others grow and improve.
