Ingredients:

1.Hilsha fish (only head and tail)

2.onion-1cup chopped

3.dry chilli -4to 5 as your spicy test

4. Mustard oil 4table spoon

Method:

At first cut the fish with little piece. Then fry them well for dry their water but without oil after that take a little oil and again fry them... Then bland it well with chilli... Then mash it with onions and mustered oil...

Now its ready to serve.. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹It's too yummy with hot white rice...πŸ’•πŸ’• It's our traditional food.. Every Bengali people like to have this...
