Ingredients:
1.1 cup flour
2.1 cup whole wheat flour
3.1/4 cup olive oil
4.1 tablespoon yeast
5.pizza sauce
6.3 cups grated cheese
Methods:
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy for 5 min. In a large bowl, combine flour, olive oil, salt,and yeast stir well to combine. Beat well until a stiff dough has formed. Cover and rise until doubled in volume, about 30 minute. Cover with pizza sauce and cheese and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
