Gym and health go hand in hand. However, it is considered that gym has several harmful impacts on the body in the long-term.

It acts to maintain body in shape but it doesn't keeps body in that shape for longer period of time and there is a great chance for body to go back to it's original form.

So taking adequate calorie rich food is necessary to keep body physically healthy and fit as well.
